        Sonya at the Metamora MI location was wonderful. She went above and beyond to serve us by explaining the storage policies and procedures thoroughly and with a positive attitude and a smile. She also assisted us with making U-Haul changes that had been botched up by a prior national U-Haul agent and didn't act like she was being imposed upon. She was very knowledgeable about all of the services offered there and was extremely patient and kind in her dealings with us. We just loved her and didn't want to leave!
