        Paid Prain Development to build patio. Horrible workmanship. Left job without completing it - unprofessional. Pat K and Taylor, other reviewers for this business, work for Steve Prain. How unethical. How low can they stoop. Watch out. Hire someone else. I can send pictures of incomplete job.

        Poor workmanship. I should have checked review on yelp. The crew was late as they were double/triple booked simultaneously. crew was getting on the job training by Steve. Definitely do not recommend Prain Development.

RIM Custom Racks has trusted Prain Development with our construction & concrete work over 30 years including pouring 200,000+ square feet of 8” concrete for our manufacturing facility, installing & renovating truck wells, rebuilding catch basins to improve drainage, as well as various specialty concrete & cement block work around the plant.
