Not recommended. Tom was helpful at first, but once our car insurance policy was in place he immediately raised our rates higher than what we had talked about and agreed on. We tried calling him over and over again and he never answered, and rarely responded to his voicemails. When we could get a hold of him he was not helpful and didn't answer any of our questions. We waited almost three months and still hadn't received our proof of insurance. Absolutely do not recommend this agency.
