Let me tell you about the worst experience I've had in 19years of buying and collecting firearms. This man received my glock Mariner on Monday 12-19-21 I know because in 2021 ups, usps, and fedex all have apps and online tracking ability. I received a signed receipt for gun at just before 11 on the 19th. Next day 20th I call Mr. Brent at almost 11 to let him know I was on my way to pick up MY glock. He tells me " I do t have it" I know this is a lie because I have a signed recept he then gos on to tell me ups must have signed for it so they won't loose there quota..... so ups committed a felony is what he told me. Then he gets Irate and begins to cuss me out telling me that he'll send my firearm back At that time I started to beg him to send my firearm back to the seller because there's no way I'm going to a gun store where someone is cussing me out to file my FFL to receive a firearm this man is unprofessional at the least and a danger to his community his hostility is alarming as a gun owner. I filled a complaint with the ATF I urge you to do the same if you have had a similar experience
