Brazda's Heating & Refrigeration

I contacted this company for an bid on a new mini split heat pump we needed done. They suggested they would bid the project but would charge for the bid. I told them we would go with a company who trusted their services enough to use standard bidding practices. We found many reputable companies to give us honest bids without charging for it.

Receptionist was friendly. Technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and timely. House is cooling much better than before. Great job!

Folks there don't return promised calls and actually appear to avoid some customers. Definitely a problem within this company. Over-working, short staffed. Frustrated agitated owners. They used to be known for good quality work, expensive, but good. Wouldn't know now though.

Just wanted to let everyone know that if you need a furnace I would recommend Brazda the guys installed 2 furnaces for us on the 2 homes on our property and made it an excellent experience they answered all my questions and I learned a lot about how to keep them running efficiently and they gave us really good pricing on the furnaces and am very happy with everything
