Excellent. The staff were attentive, professional, knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with all issues of our medical journey. Appointment calls were made to us the day before and staff arrived on time which we appreciated. Thanks to all at Northwoods who are involved.

I have never had a problem with any of my aids. Due to health care shortage in past I have been asked if my schedule could be changed so they could best cover people worse off than myself, which previous health care agencies have also done. Need more will willing people and/or investment by the government to incentivize working in health care?

These are the very worst place , they were scheduled to be at my grandmother's house whome just got out of the hospital for a heart attack she is 91 years old, so when you hire a place you have to expect they will be responsible your really putting your a loved one in there hands, so they were scheduled thursday friday and saturday , they NEVER showed up ! She fell and was alone on the floor for hours overnight I hope no one else loved one had to suffer because of there irresponsibility and inconsiderate actions. They could have very easily made a phone call to let us know that they could not make it , its garbage

Family owned Home Care and Hospice. A great asset to the area and surrounding counties. Nursing staff is caring, dependable and honest. I would recommend to anyone .
