Carpets by Zane

I stopped in at Carpets by Zane on Wednesday afternoon. Zane set up an appointment for noon the following day. I didn't expect to see anyone because we had 8 inches of snow and my road wasn't plowed. I called to let them know but Tyler showed up a little after noon apologizing for being late. He carpeted my stairs the next day. Less than 48 hours from entering the shop to looking at my beautiful new stairway. Can't beat that. Father and son were both friendly and fun. Thanks you guys!

I've hired Carpets by Zane for three different jobs in the past two years and I have always been pleased with their work and their great customer service. Most recently, I purchased an older home with lots of old uneven floors. Initially, I got a great deal from Zane on new carpeting for two bedrooms which I love. More recently, I hired them to replace the old wooden parquet tiles in the kitchen and hall and also the ceramic tiles in the bath which were starting to come up due to the uneven subfloor. This was a big job! They had to tear out all the old flooring, pour leveling compound to repair the uneven old subfloor, put down the new tile floor, and replace all the baseboard trim. The job was much more complex than anticipated and took an extra day to complete BUT I LOVE IT! I was so happy with the results I almost cried! What an amazing transformation! The finishing work on the trim is perfect and it is obvious the guys took special care and went above and beyond to get it exactly right! I am thrilled with my new kitchen, bath and hallway floor! I highly recommend Zane and his crew for all your flooring needs! His prices are reasonable and I've never been disappointed in the work they've done!
