Cant speak for the owners repair skills, but can share that I dropped off my vacuum in December and was told I would receive an estimate for repair in a couple weeks. Three months later (Feb) still no word so went and picked up the vacuum. Saying, No, I cant take on another repair is a good business practice.

Needed to replace a broken belt. So quick, like maybe 5 minutes! Reasonable price : $5 for the belt, $5 for installation. Tape his card to your vacuum cleaner!

I took my Kirby vacuum to be repaired and the price was very reasonable and it was repaired within 30 minutes or less. They repair all different brands.

Nice place. Great service. Why 4 stars? Well, there was a lack of communication. Since I took my vac in for one thing, and it was some thing else. My vac was there one to two weeks and noone ever called with an update. That aside, I'll be back. My vac works great. I called in the morning to check, and it was ready by 130pm.
