I contacted Monkey Wrench Plumbing for new service. Left 2-3 messages. After 2-3 days did get a response. Owner was to follow up with specific date/ time availability. Nothing. Left 2-3 messages. Nothing. Fired before hired. Very unprofessional in my book.

My EX-mother-in-law lost her husband and is on disability as she has health issues which don't allow her to work. Her water heater stopped working and Monkey Wrench Plumbing went to her home the day after I contacted them on her behalf as I planned to pay for any repairs since she cannot afford them. In 15 minutes, he got it working. He didn't charge for this. I know it was a quick and easy task (for a professional) to re-light it for her but he gave his time and commute to help her. She will need a new water heater soon and we will be using Monkey Wrench when that time comes. There are decent people out there. :)

I sent an email monday, no reply. Sent another email yesterday, no reply. Sent another email today, no reply. Yes, l could have called but l give the business the benefit of the doubt, and email first because l dont want to call first and bother if they are on the job. But to not reply after 3 emails, unacceptable and ridiculous, l'll take my business elsewhere and never ever recommend this one. I see other reviews with the same issue. Dont waste your time. Way to run your business, Monkey Business!
