Brad and I had a great conversation, scheduled a time for install that was two weeks away. He said he would 'swing by' and give us a quote since he was local. He NEVER called back or swung by. Our install date was scheduled for 02/22/2021. Needless to say it did NOT get done. He was a no call, no show. I called him and left 4 messages prior to the install date. I get it if you are busy and I know electricians are, but at least be respectful!! I wish I could give zero stars, because he's a complete zero on customer service.

I just bought my house and the power outlet for my electric laundry dryer was one for an electric range and the wires for my dryer to the power box were missing and my 3 bedrooms have no lights we have to use lamps. I got a quote from one big company electrician to replace the range outlet for a dryer outlet and wire the dryer outlet to the power box he said it would be $900 and $1800 to install lights in three small bedrooms. Besst , quoted me $ 350 to replace the outlet and wire it to the power box and $ 150 for my three rooms.That proves to me that Mr. Schaeffer , of Besst Electric is an honest person and Besst Electric does honest work for honest pay. Brad was great to work with!! Great prices and very professional. This is second project we used him for and we would refer him to anyone that needs a great electrician. Brad would make suggestions and would not pressure a response. Both jobs were extensive multi-day jobs and he never forgot about us, always showing up when he said he would.

Brad was just amazing he did a A++ job couldn’t have been happier to work with someone that bent over backwards for us! Would recommend to everyone!!!!!!!!!
