Don’t think to stay at this hotel am trying to upload a videos and a pictures so you can see what am talking about bad customer service when we complained about the problems they told us to be patient there is no one to take care the problem right now will find someone to come and check at the room and the lights and the fan they two in one when we terns on it make so loud sound from the water that’s leaking in to it

DO NOT STAY HERE. If I can stop one person from coming here here i’ve done my job. Arrived in the city late, lots of places we called were booked so this was last option. The place feels really sketchy but again, last option. Right off the bat, getting a room is confusing and tedious since you have to go to the place next door to get a key. Employees weren’t the nicest, but it was late so we were willing to let it slide. However immediately upon entering the room you could tell they weren’t too concerned about cleaning. The smell hit you as soon as you stepped in and just got worse as time went on. Dirt, dust, grime everywhere especially in the bathroom, along with hair on the shower walls. There was trash under the bed and behind the tables as well. And as someone with bad arachnophobia, I couldn't help but notice there was spiders EVERYWHERE. I couldn’t even tell you how many we killed. As if that wasn’t bad enough, despite checking the bed multiple times we woke up to bed bugs right next to faces. Left as soon as we could, when the bug infestation was brought to the staff’s attention they couldn’t care less and flat out ignored it. Eventually we realized we forgot something in the room and called to ask if we could come back, lady on the phone sighed and started having a conversation with someone else. Book anywhere else if you can or sleep in your car.

Tried to check in and the door was locked! We called the hotel number and were informed that we had to check in next door at Quality Inn. The young girl that answered the phone was so incredibly rude! Once we arrived next door, literally 2 minutes later, the girl was on her personal phone and clearly upset that we were interrupting her phone call. She gave us dirty looks while she continued to giggle with whom ever it was she was on the phone with. At one point she said, “Hold on” I replied with “Excuse me?” She said, “Naw, you knew I wasn’t talking to you!” Upon entering our room that we paid $198 for for one night, we discovered mold in the bathroom, only the bathroom light worked, and maggots living in the bathroom sink. I was so disgusted, that I chose to sleep on the beach. That plan would have worked, however, every single beach chair that belonged to the hotel was broken. EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!! Needless to say, I did not sleep at all that night. Truly disappointing! Please save your money and your sanity and stay ANYWHERE but here!!!!!
