My family tried to purchase a home listed with Mio Real Estate One Agency, through another agency. Mio Real Estate One & the owners of the home consistently missed offer deadlines from the start of the process, even though given days to respond. Mio Real Estate One would respond after the deadline after the other agency contacted them, only to extend the deadline for them to answer the original offer (as to make like they did legally) & write a counter offer giving my family less than 24 hours to respond. Those occurrences happened more than once. Plus Real Estate One passed on untruths about the property to the other agency even simple ones that could have been solved by a call that I made to the Ogemaw County Office of Register of Deeds, & Office of equalization department. In my opinion I would avoid using Real Estate One of Mio Michigan. I have the signed & dated copies of the written aspects of my claims to prove what I've said here plus phone records.
