Elite Medical Billing Specialists, Inc.

This us a very unethical medical billing service. They enter in incorrect billing codes which effects medical insurance billing and what patients owe. I had a service done at a urgent care facility and billing was done by Elite Medical Billing with incorrect coding, which effect my ability to get a physical from my primary physician. They refuse to change the incorrect illegal code. I have called multiple time and my insurance company also called. I will have to have my attorney file a law suit I guess to make sure this company's incompetence gets corrected. Jill M.

Conversation consists of listening and talking. They are having none of that though, and will just talk over you when you try to speak. If you attempt to interject to get them to listen they will then get nasty and become belligerent about it and start shouting over you. I had to hang up as I was not about to take that from anyone. I was trying to get them paid, and the insurance company even provided instructions for them to do that. But, as I say, they were having none of it. Update This turned out to be the wrong business. The actual business is called Elite Billing Resolutions with a registered address of 6658 Huron St. Taylor, MI 48180-1949. Apologies to the owners of this business. Deleting the comment is not an available option.
