Kearns Brothers

Our neighbors used Kearny Brother for their roof repair due to hail damage and suggested we call to see if we have damage. I looked at multiple sites for reviews and called Kearny Brothers. Andy Fitz - Field Supervisor came out and did a roof inspection and said we did indeed have hail damage. He explained how to go about filing a claim with the insurance. When the insurance company came out Andy Fitz also came out prior to their visit to mark damage areas and then stayed while the inspector flew the drone over the roof. The insurance decided there was enough damage and we decided to have the roof replaced. The schedulers were wonderful and called with updates due to delays (weather related). When the actual roof was replaced they ensured our windows, landscaping, deckwere well protected. The new roof was installed professionally and done in 1 day. The cleanup was great. HIghly recommend. Someone from Kearns Brothers was supposed to come out today to inspect our roof and provide an estimate. The two-hour window given was between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. It's after 5:00 p.m. No show. No call. Poor customer service.

Kearns was prompt, responsive, accessible knowledgeable, helpful and supplied examples of the many options available to us. The work was done fast with absolutely no mess or clean up on our part.
