Had my daughter's birthday party here yesterday. My daughter had fun but the experience could have been a little better. On their website it says included with your party: "Admission, choice of skate rentals, a soft drink with a pizza slice or hot dog, festive paper products, Birthday song, reserved party seating and attentive party host!" Had I have known they literally meant A SLICE of pizza and A SOFT DRINK I would've ordered more food and drinks; it was a teenage party. I was also not informed that we only had the tables in the snack bar for 30 minutes until I saw the sign on the wall after we left. Someone came and told me that we had to be out of the snack bar in 10 minutes for another party. I asked about our cupcakes (I made them from scratch) and she pointed to the table by the wall with store bought cupcakes on it. I told her that those were not our cupcakes and she had to double check the name on the cupcakes to make sure. She went and got our cupcakes and we had to rush and sing and eat them in less than 5 minutes. The "Birthday song" was provided by our guests so I don't think that should be listed as "included" for your reservation. The only time we saw any type of "host" was when we were told we had 10 minutes to get out of the snack bar and to take the remaining cupcakes back to the kitchen; not sure I would consider that "attentive". On the paper reservation sheet they print out for the reserved tables our last name was spelled wrong (Payoer); I spelled it out to them and it wasn't even close to being spelled correctly. Good thing my daughter has an uncommon first name so we knew it was our tables. You're also not allowed to bring in your own skates; they specifically told me at the door that they will confiscate them at the door and you have to retrieve them after the party. In short, if you have a birthday party here you only have 30 minutes to eat your 1 slice of pizza, drink your 1 drink, sing Happy Birthday, and eat your cake/cupcakes. I wouldn't recommend having a large party here with only a 30 minute time limit to eat; especially with younger ones who don't always just sit and eat in a timely manner.
