This company does not take calls, return calls, or reply to messages on their site. Unbelievable they run a business this way. Terrible!

Very unprofessional will not take consideration that they brought problems to my home after they had closed my pool last year if this has to become a legal problem it will and I have bills and receipts for the damages they have caused in my home

Had issues with pool not priming after another company had come out to fix a pump leak. Called Executive Pools on Monday and they came out today and found all the issues and fixed everything in less than 2 hours. Brian did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable about his work. Definitely a great company with great customer service and technicians with expertise in their field. I highly recommend this company for pool repair needs.

I am extremely disappointed with the pool opening service provided by executive pools. I made an appointment two months in advance for them to open my pool, but they cancelled on me the day before the scheduled date. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had been looking forward to using my pool and had made plans around the scheduled appointment. Not only did the cancellation inconvenience me, but the company did not offer any alternatives or solutions to help rectify the situation. Their lack of communication and disregard for my time and needs was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of pool services, as their unreliability and lack of professionalism left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.

Love the team at Executive Pools. We've used a few other companies over the years, but they are by far the best. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
