Not very friendly people who answer the calls. They Brought a broken bed, didnt call me to rectify the issue as I was told. I had to call them the following day and they cant even remotely provide me any timeframe of when theyre going to be here. Theyve expected me to sit here for 2 days with an open window waiting for them.

i would like to thank Paul and the staff for there prompt services same day deliver. the gentleman who delivered where very nice and did a good job setting up the bed. thanks again my mom is happy

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Theyve been hounding us since 5 HOURS after our father passed away over picking up some O2 tanks. Within 40 hours of my father passing, they called 8 times, 8 TIMES! This is unacceptable and its not a surprise the google rating is in the toilet.

I inherited my old mans office and all the equipment was outdated. I asked the staff from Metro Medical Equipment to give me an estimation of the cost so I could start my practice with new equipment and supplies. They gave me a great price and the brands were the best. Im happy with the results and I will continue buying them in the future.
