DO NOT USE THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!!!!! We reserved and were promised a 2015 black Lincoln Town Car limo for our son's prom which was 05/30/15. We got blue Lincoln Navigator with 102,000 miles and a scooter stuffed in the back. The limo driver came to our house dressed in blue jeans and a white polo shirt. He wore nothing to indicate that he represented this limo company. there were no markings on the Lincoln to indicate it belonged to the limo company. As far as I'm concerned "a guy with a truck" picked us up. The limo driver was nice but he got lost twice using his GPS. We paid $300 for the service and booked well in advance attempting to avoid any list minute problems. When we called the owner on 06/01/15 to express our concerns. The owner started screaming at us insisting that we were in a Town Car sedan, that the scooter belonged to a previous, and that it doesn't matter how the limo driver is dressed because the driver is not a part of the experience. The phone call ended when the owner screamed that we should have spent $1,000 if we wanted to have a better experience.

In Septemer of 2010 I was married. I reserved a limo from Limo Trader Rental & Sales, they opened a book and told me to pick which one I wanted. I picked out a very nice party bus that would fit all of my wedding party. This bus had leather seats with all kinds of neat lighting, TV's and a radio. When my wedding day came along they were over an hour and 15 mins late to the church and the party bus that showed up was nothing like what they showed me in the picture. It was a school bus, with a radio with one speaker no A/C and the seat were just school bus seat turned sideways. I would not accept this bus for my Batchlor party let alone my wedding. Stay away stay far away from these people. Stay far far away. These people are the worst. Don't believe this five star rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The worse service ever. They cheat people by sending an old car telling them its brand new car. He sent me an old 2005 dirty Lincoln and trying to convince me that its is 2012 car. They send a car with a driver that never been driving Limo. The driver wasted 2 hours from hour time looking for the place in down town. After they charged us the agreed Upon fee, the owner muscled us for additional $150 dollars claiming that we stayed hour or 2 after midnight which we suppose to be back ,although there was no set exact time for drop off and it doesn't make sense because the car is rented any ways and its out. Also we not only tipped the driver very well($75) ,but we invited him with us in a restaurant and played for his dinner. The owner cornered me and kept arguing that I have to pay $150 while I'm tired and having fun after all of this. I paid him the $150 to his driver and let him go. But I was laughing how business owners loose business because they think it's hit and run thing instead of having a long term relationship. Until now I told more than 100 people about what he did and will keep talking about it and make him loose business instead of like I told him first I can use him every day for my TV station guests. Horrible service . 0 star.

I rented a party bus for my bestfriend for her birthday and they was really nice they had the pools in there and we was drinking all night and riding around the city i had so much fun that i will always give them my business

OMG!!!!!! I REALLY enjoyed myself when I rented out the party bus for my birthday. The service was very nice and we really enjoyed our ride. I will be pleased to give them service again and refer them to others. I have dealt with other party bus companies before and i was unhappy but they went above and beyond on giving me good service.
