My personal experience with the metro agency has been excellent!! Teresa the lady i just saw took time out of her lunch to help me with a issue i had with a credit/refund. I probably took up about a hour of her time (felt really bad) but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get my issue resolved rather quickly. Aaron, Brian, and Margo i have also delt with and they all are excellent people to work with. Someone always answers the phone or i can expect a phonecall back or email rather quickly. I will definitely be sticking around for a while and would recommend to anyone looking for a auto or commercial policy (my only experiences) so far!

Margo was fantastic in navigating what was an overwhelming obstacle! She asked the right questions to allow me to take advantage of a discount which considerably lowered my rates. Something no other agency even asked!
