        I was compelled to write a complaint about a recent service call placed to Konica Minolta Business Solutions for repairs and, to express my disappointment. The call attendants were courtliest, however repair personal failed to show up after a week of requesting service. After a week of calling, it was obvious they didnt want to work it so why wasnt it communicated? We would have moved on, instead, the customer moved on and we lost the job.
