My second experience having a home inspection performed, this time before listing the property for sale. The difference with Campbell Certified Inspections, compared to my first experience, was night and day. Dale was very detailed, and exceeded my expectations. The reporting and photos included were of extremely high detail. Dale's knowledge and certifications are of great value and comfort when choosing a home inspector. Dale, was very thorough. even went back to property to double check on the AC heat pump. Inspection was key in our decision not to us buy a potentially problematic and dangerous condo.

I had Campbell Certified Inspections do two inspections for me - one on my current home before I listed it for sale and another on the new home I recently purchased. Dale is very thorough and her reports are very detailed. He reports were very detailed and included lots of pictures, and best of all, she was available for phone calls to further discuss and/or clarify anything in the report.
