      image My dad bought a snowblower here. I tried to convince him to buy from Amazon because it was much cheaper. He bought from here "to support a local business" and ended up wasting a huge amount. The snowblower was over $600 and the following year had to pay a bunch more to get his basically brand new one repaired. 2 years later it's broken and too expensive to repair. Lesson learned was buying local was a huge and costly mistake. Take your chances in possibly getting a lemon. For you average small item you might be fine, but I would never buy anything with a large price tag here.
