        I was standing in line to get a latte. The woman ahead of me asked the old lady working the counter for napkins. The old woman looked at her and asked her to repeat herself. When the woman asked if she had napkins, the old worker pointed at some on the counter and barked “What do those look like??”. That was all I had to see for me to decide to get a drink elsewhere.

        Aerate your milk. Please, for the love of all things milk foam. Your drinks would be so much better if your staff knew how to make them. Great flavor variety.
