Logan's Roadhouse

My family and I love this place. We always ask for Scott, he's very attentive and friendly, and is super patient while accommodating my picky eating habits lol.

We were seated. Waited for server, then waited for our drinks. Ordered our food. After being seated for more than 50 minutes, we never got our meals. I guess the server and his buddies were playing a joke on us or something. First, he tells us ...I'll get the manager to move your ticket up....Only another 5 minutes...a busboy approached my husband and said...maybe I can get you a fifty cent discount...Another busboy comes over and says...there's only 5 more tickets before yours. We've already been there over 50 minutes!!! Hey Davontae!!! I guess you figured out how long it would take for a customer to walk out of the restaurant. We never got our food and walked out, but not before giving an earful of complaints to the hostess. FYI . several tables were seated after us and were enjoying their meals. Good Bye Logan's. This should be zero stars.

I do not know whats going on with their food nowadays...I used to eat there often. In the summer of 2019 I went to location in Troy, MI...as always and that food ran through me before I finished my food. I went in Jan. 2020...same thing happened only I had a chance to get home. I'm done with that restaurant.

Last night (3/5/2020) my date and I went to Logan’s for dinner! First I have a citrus allergy and my first drink was taken back with no issue. Our server came up with different ideas for drinks. Second our food finally came and I did order my steak medium well. Well it was well done. It was already a few minutes before closing but I did bring it to our server attention. She was so amazing she didn’t care what time it was she took my steak back and came back with a new steak medium well and some rolls😍 if you ever go please ask for STAR she is amazing, people person, she’s all about making sure her people are well taken care of, quick and fun conversation. Her serves was just so memorable. Thank you Star the world needs more like you.

Very dirty, dont use the bathroom there disgusting.. I know you can throw the peanut shells on the ground but people were dumping there somewhat empty glasses with ice on the floor I was like wth is going on here
