Lisa was very communicative and responded quickly to all my inquiries. We scheduled an early morning ride a few days beforehand. She confirmed within a few hours, gave us a reminder 24 hours before, and let us know exactly when she arrived. Service was excellent overall, would use it again when visiting the area.

Everything about this was perfect. I booked, Lisa reached out to confirm. When she arrived, she texted me, arriving 15 minutes early. Smooth ride, and smooth payment process. Will be using again if I'm in the area again!

Lisa was absolutely fantastic this past weekend! She was punctual and communicated great with me as to where she had parked so we could easily walk to her vehicle. Our group was a bit much Im sure but she handled us with grace and was a sweetheart. I would definitely recommend her for transportation around the Ann Arbor area!

I am writing this on behalf of my Aunt Debbie and Aunt Becky who are blind. I looked up Mrs. Lisa's on google to find a cab service that could help my Aunts when they are unable to get a buss. The google reviews that I read on here were amazing and so I passed on the info to my Aunts to call and get more information. My Aunt Debbie called and Ms. Lisa on Monday. Due to her no being able to use a computer and such not I am writing this review as she tells me what to write. I would like to personally thank Lisa for the compassion and care she showed my Aunts and for helping them the way she did. Thank you for making them feel safe and for taking such good care of them. - Chris. D. Hi, My name is Debbie and I called Lisa's Sedan Service on Monday morning. She was so nice on the phone. She was in the middle of her morning thing so she asked if she could call me back in just a little bit. I said of course and waited for her call. Lisa called me back and I began to ask questions, seeing how I never have used another service like this before. Lisa was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. She began to explain her pricing and how it work. My sister Becky was listening in as well to make sure we both understood. Lisa took her time and was kind enough to answer all my questions as I asked them. We so happy with all the information we decided to book a pick up for 2:30 and she was going to pick me back up at 4:00. We Lisa showed up to pick me up from my from my home. My sister walked me to the vehicle and Lisa was very nice and helpful. I got into the vehicle. She took to me to where I needed to go. She helped me out of the vehicle. She took down my Cell information and said she would call me at 4 for my ride home. When she showed up to get me, she helped put my bags into the car and then helped me too. She was a very good driver and her car felt clean and smelled clean. As she drove me home we had a good conversation. Once we got to my home and even helped me get my bags to my porch. I would like to thank Lisa for everything and we are so pleased we will be using her service in the future. She was the best Cab services I have ever used. She was very helpful. Thank You Lisa.
