Great senior pictures, very friendly, took more time with my son then expected.. Also did my son's open house card invites, they turned out amazing!! Always returned my emails and voicemails in a very timely matter..

Photos at cheerfest were decent, pacage prices were good, but the experience was so slow at the event people were ready to fight. Not to mention that there was a ton of lost business. Poor planning leads to poor results. It's a shame and fingers crossed that this isn't the same company next year, if it is, I'm taking my own photos.

Called to seek solutions about my daughters edited photos. They were edited in a way that made her face look round and strange. It looks like they edited the hair falling over her ear, all the pictures had the exact same smudge of editing and one obvious picture with a giant strand of hair with no connection (see pictures). George said they weren't edited (despite the website boasts about their editing skills) and offered no solutions. No apologies. Just said he couldn't see the pictures in front of him and yet knew that they weren't edited. End of phone call. I'm very upset. This is my daughter's first year of school and now I have no memories of it.
