Heaths Harbor sold us a boat that he was not legally entitled to. We have followed up with him a significant amount of times in order to resolve the matter. A complaint has been filed with the State of Michigan Secretary of State in response to this business transaction. In addition, we will be taking our claim to small claims court. I hope others can learn from my mistake. Do NOT do business here!

Heath is not the most personable person out there. He is rude, snotty and acts like a Richard everytime I have gone in and had to deal with him. Because of that, I will not deal with Heaths Marina for anything major, I have only gone there because he is the only one on Lobdell. If you can, deal with someone else who doesn't look down at customers.
