    UPDATED Response: You did not keep in contact with me, I kept in contact with you. How did I not lose my place in line when I reached out you said "we are bombarded with hundreds of quote requests" If you would've held my place in line, you would've reached out to me, not the other way around. Perhaps you should read your e-mail responses with me. I have your email receipt from December saying "He (Brian) will get you something in the next couple of weeks" You never communicated that we would have to wait till Spring until after it was already February, and again it was after I reached out to you because you did not reach out to me, not once during this entire process. Your response is a flat out lie. Brian came out after I contacted you twice after waiting a week. Keep trying to justify your reasoning of providing terrible customer service. If you received poor customer service, you have every right to review that as it is part of a company's job (responding how this review is unfair in your opinion). Brian never left a voicemail, I don't memorize contactors phone numbers. Kevin left a voicemail, that is why he is mentioned. Original: STAY AWAY. (read below, it is worth your time) Called to have a backyard landscape project assessed ($20K+) back in October 2021. Was told by Denise that Brian would call and schedule a time. A week passed and I heard nothing so I emailed Denise for a timeframe. She said Brian will be calling me shortly, he did the same day (must have forgotten). Brian came out, took measurements and said he would speak to a few suppliers and will have a quote available to us within a few weeks. Two weeks passed and I called Brian directly to see if he had any questions or needed any additional information and he replied "No, it should be done next week." I waited another week past the time Brian had said the quote would be done and when he answered he was short, and said it'll be done "soon". Because we've experienced companies not reaching out in the past, we wanted to make sure we wouldn't slip through the cracks. Two months later (December 2021), I e-mailed Denise following up with the quote we never received. She assured us that Brian didn't forget about us and they were waiting for suppler pricing to stabilize before providing a quote. Why did you not tell me that in October, who knows. I decided to give them benefit of the doubt and wait. After ANOTHER two months of no communication (February 2022), I emailed Denise AGAIN to follow up since it had been two months since our last correspondence. She replied, almost mocking my two months statement stating "We have been waiting for 2 months from our supplier to get our pricing for 2022." No worries, you haven't fallen through the cracks :)" ANOTHER TWO MONTHS LATER (April 2022) I emailed Denise AGAIN to follow up. During this time there was ZERO communication. Denise responded that "My sincere apologies, we have pricing. With the changes in pricing it caused people to shop and we have been bombarded with estimate requests (hundreds)"....So were these hundreds of quotes back from October 2021 too?! Or did you just not care about actually going back and doing them in order? So the entire time you mocked me and reassured me I wouldn't fall through the cracks, I literally did fall through the cracks. She told me Brian would follow up and provide a quote. THREE WEEKS AFTER (May 2022) I get a voicemail from KEVIN, someone I have never spoken to saying that if we would like to set up a time for them to come over and assess our project.
