Called, and left a detailed message about the repair plus my cell phone number and email address . Weeks and weeks and weeks have past and he has not even had the courtesy to call me back with an excuse. The only reason I gave him one star was a rating for their answering machine which responded right away.
Good lock with these guys as they obviously dont need you.

I've had Patrick the owner Winterize and Shrink Wrap my boat for the past 4 years. He has always done a great job. He comes to my home with his equipment and winterizes, changes the oil and shrink wraps my boat for me. His prices are very good and he is very responsive to my request.
