After speaking to a perfectly professional and knowledgeable secretary (Liz) I received a phone call the next day from Rick - the Service Manager. He gave a detailed explanation of parts needed to convert my cooktop from LP to gas. Part of his explanation contradicted what the manufacturer (GE) told me so I asked a few clarifying questions to determine if I misunderstood or if maybe one of the "professionals" was confused about the model, etc. Rick became irritable and rude and when I pointed it out he stopped but didn't apologize. His attitude was that he was the expert (he sited his work experience) and I shouldn't dare question him. I don't invite people like that into my home let alone pay them to perform expensive work. A local heating company recommended Mister Appliance so I'll be calling them to tell them how I was treated.
