        John's Home Maintenance replaced our entire roof about 2 weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised that the work was completed in one day. (Except a missing vent which was installed the next day.) They did an excellent job on our roof. I took 1 star off for the fact that there are SO MANY cigarette butts everywhere! I have young kids. It's disgusting that they left their litter all around my house. I'm not talking a handful of butts either, literally 100+. So great work but expect to be finding nasty cigarette butts everywhere for weeks. Not something I would expect for paying over 13 grand for a service.

        Sighed a contract for a new roof. We'll see how that goes in the spring. Everyone involved so far has been very professional, helpful, prompt and polite.
