I called to ask about a part that is hard to come by. The lady that answered the phone explained she wasn't really sure of what I needed but would have someone call me back when they weren't so busy. I honestly thought she was just trying to get me off the phone. No way! With in 15 minutes a gentleman called me back and not only knew what I was talking about but had the part. I highly recommend Fort Street Plumbing. Not the first time I have relied on them and it won't be the last!

I had this company come out for a storm drain repair. The estimate was between $4000-$6500 for the job depending on if they ran into problems. I was charged the maximum even though workers told me that they did not run into issues. After speaking with the owner I was informed that tree roots had to be removed, but that wasn’t listed on the invoice. I feel like they charged me the maximum because they could. They were also extremely unprofessional about providing me a copy of my original video done when they gave the estimate. I had to call many times and physically go up to the office. They also did not provide a copy of the warranty until I asked for it, and even that took days to receive. Services: Sewer repair, Outdoor system repair
