        Was looking for my first place, this guy had a listing and I quickly put in my $55 application fee and was ignored for several days, tried to text and call and email, nothing. He texts me and tells me it's been rented out already. I friendly reminded him to take down the listing so others aren't trolled like I was, and he got snappy with me telling me to not tell him "how to run my business" TLDR; dude is leaving listings up as "available" just to collect the application fees from people who don't know there's people actually living in the unit they're interested in. STAY AWAY FROM DREW BIDWELL & BIDWELL APARTMENTS.
