        Merged with Premier waste with out telling their customers. I just received a bill with a late fee because they didn't tell their customers about the merge I had no idea that premier is now waste management I would have switched the second I knew this happened. I tried to log in to pay this bill and keep getting errors that there is no account linked to my customer id on my statement. Cant pay a bill if you guys can't even get your systems merged correctly. I have used Waste management at a old house we lived out and customer service was rude. I am not happy with the merge and will be canceling my account and moving to the other trash and recycling company within the area. Service: General junk removal
