        Longest wait i have ever had in a urgent care and there were 2 other people there waiting for longer. Lazy staff. Absolutely terrible service. They cant even look up your insurance for you so if you forget your card in a rush, your footed the bill! I will never come here again.

        Waited 2 hours for a simple 5 minute drug screen! This place is terrible and they had ants all over the floor in the waiting lobby. They dont have it together at this place.

        My appointment was at noon, I was there at 11:50 am. I sat there for 25 minutes before I even filled out paper work.then 15 minutes later they realized I was only given half of the paper work for my dot physical.i told the what ever she is person be hind the desk that I only allocated one hr for this. At 12:55 they called me back. Then Abby has the guts to tell me my blood pressure is hi ! I will never go here again!! They have absolutely no respect for there clients! I have been getting dot physicals for 28 yrs, and have never been treated as poorly!
