EXCELLENT work by Gary, extremely knowledge and professional. I called several inspectors looking for quotes, and I knew right away after a phone conversation with him, I made a good choice. I've had a few home inspections over the years, and Gary made any others inspectors look it amateurs. His detail, quality and inspection paper work is TOP NOTCH!! I will never use another company again.

We recently had a home inspection completed by Gary and we could not be happier with the service. He was informative and thoroughly looked through every part of the home. He made this part of the home buying process very easy and stress free. We feel confident in his inspection and would recommend him to all our family and friends.

Feeling a lot of frustration as I am writing this, and wish we would of brought it to their attention sooner. Or just even wrote the review sooner. But even after sending an email about 6-7 months in our home, the email that we wrote to Gary was never responded to. So really not sure if it would have mattered. We used Gary because he came recommended by our realtor. I know thats frowned upon. However Gary did have great reviews. We wish our experience matched everyone elses.
We truly did appreciate Garys knowledge in everything he spoke to us about, he was very kind and it was nice he fit us in his schedule. However the amount of money we spent for the inspection did not match what we received. Gary had a young man with him, Im not sure if it was his son or just an employee. But unfortunately everything this young man was in charge of checking has been our major issues. In our last house a lot of our outlets did not work, so I asked gary if they checked the outlets and he said yes the other guy did. This young man also check all the windows and doors and had actually missed one of the sliding doors completely. I was the one that opened the door and discovered that there was not even a lock. We kind of all laughed a little and said thats why they have a bell hanging on the door
We realized quickly all of the outlets by that doorwall do not work. The windows have been a nightmare, the first day we were in the house we noticed our main window was sagging and you could actually slip something through the gap to the outside. We had a window company come and tell us it was completely rotted.
Within just a few months all of the drywall started cracking in the corners. We went into the attic and discovered some of the trusses not even connected. The young man was the one who checked the attic. He came down and said this is the nicest attic I have been in. We also discovered a cracked pipe and black mold in the attic. To say I am mad is an understatement! We were told the grading around our house was good. Its not. First rainfall, our house was a pond all the way around. Not to mention, they completely missed that our house didnt have gutters on one side. We have radiant flooring heat and for the price we paid for this inspection, I cannot believe a FLIR thermal imaging camera was not used. We have spent SO much money fixing things that should NOT have been missed.
Again instead of writing a review we did reach out to Gary via email 6-7 months into our home hoping for a response. We never heard from him.
