Beware!!!! Justin Stevens put a roof on my house and sided it. He promised he would "take care of us." Well, he did. The roof leaked, the siding is falling off. We called him numerous times and he said he wasn't going to fix anything because the house belonged to my dad and he died shortly after Jasson's work. Really???? You promise a guarantee and then bail!!

This is a great company, the customer service was fantastic and he stands behind his work.

Unfortunate! Justin seems like a nice guy - but my first warning should have been he hung a cabinet without even grabbing a level. Then he installed a roof on our home and within a week we were losing shingles... and 3 years later we are losing more & realizing they didn't even nail all the shingles down at all - much less use the number of nails recommended for each shingle. He hired some high school boys to do the work and my guess is there was no training and even less supervision. I've tried for over a month to have him out here to look at what is going on to help us determine what the situation is - but he either won't answer or he'l say he'll get with us "next week" - week after week after week - and winter is approaching. I am VERY disappointed!! You'd think in a small town someone like this wouldn't stay in business very long. I've been nice up to this point, polite on every phone call begging him to come show US how to nail them down properly so we don't have to lose any more shingles. But he won't do what is right and I'm done with this type of treatment from someone who took nearly 10K of our money. I'm warning people to stay far, far away from this guy.UPDATE - other contractors telling me it was not installed properly and we need a full removal and replacement. They didn't nail the shingles down where they were supposed to. - they are high nailed - pictures are attached to prove it - his poor installation has voided the manufacturer warranty and even my homeowners won't cover it!!! I'm going to have to sue!! what a bummer!! :(
