Our bank accounts were hacked and a large amount of money fraudulently taken. Erin in Fraud and Amber at the Lapeer Branch went above and beyond for us when we were on the verge of nervous breakdowns investigating what happened and making police/visa dispute requests. Thank you all!

Service is lacking. Waited 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment before asking to reschedule. Video monitors are used instead of tellers. 1 person was the receptionist and there was always a line.
