I knew more about weight loss than they did. This is a scam. They require you to use their supplements that are not allergen free. They promote the use of caffeine pills. It is not customizable. There are no physicians.

I was very excited to start my journey in losing weight with this program, I joined in October and was told about how the program works, I was told as long as I come in 3x a week to do my weigh ins and bring my journal, I can have MWL support until my goal was met. Well I ended up getting Covid in November so they told me they would pause my weight loss program, I started back up after my quarantine. It took me a little bit to get back into the program because Covid was rough on me, I had no appetite and I lost all taste and smell, when I finally was able to eat, I struggled with the program because it was right around the holidays, after Christmas I did go in for one of my weigh ins and I had gained two pounds, the lady that weighed me was training two girls, and I told her I was struggling, she told me my program was almost over and I did not buy the maintenance option, so they were not going to support me if I do not meet my goal by the time my program was over, so basically they lied in the beginning to me about helping me reach my goal, and they never extended my program when they paused it when I was sick with Covid. I was very upset and discouraged after I went in that day and never went back but to pick up the rest of my supplements I had paid for, I spent a lot of money for that program and I did NOT feel like I got what I paid for AT ALL.

I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I have been with this program for about 3 months. The plan is easy and IT WORKS! I've lost more weight than I ever dreamed I could in 12 weeks. And more than I ever have with any other program I've ever tried. The staff at this location are honestly the most supportive and kind people I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend this location and program to anyone looking for weight loss support. Joanna and Dana honestly care about your goals, your weight loss journey and YOU.

Very helpful. They take their time to help and explain things. The ladies are always so kind and have a great personality.
