ARB is the most UN-professional tree service I've ever used. I've used them a few times for my rentals and each time I've been asked to pay in cash or pay in cash IN ADVANCE because of truck or saw breakdowns or lack of fuel. There are constant delays because of truck breakdowns, scheduling problems, tool breakdowns. Their work is only fair. This last time, Jerry the owner completely "forgot" to pick up the huge pile of debris left after removing some limbs. I called and called and called - but you can't even leave a message on his phone lines. He made promise after promise to pick up the pile and broke them all. After getting a citation from the city, I drove to Lansing to pick up the pile myself. Save yourself many headaches and frustration and DO NOT hire this company for your tree needs. There are plenty of other tree guys out there that are professional and efficient. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.

Horrible company. They should not be in business. I've used them a few times & finally learned my lesson. Jerry has asked for cash up front to pay for gas, and has given excuse after excuse for not getting work done on time. This time he left a big pile of debris at one of my rentals. After multiple phone calls & many promises to pick it up, he never did. I got a citation from the city & had to pick it up myself. Don't waste your money. There are plenty of other tree companies out there. I'd give a 0 star rating if possible.
