        I love Zoup. I go here almost everyday for lunch. What I don't love? Rude people and horrible customer service. The 'older' lady that bags all the orders up (glasses, blonde bun. Not the young girl) is INCREDIBLY disrespectful. Every single time I go in there, I watch her give attitude and IGNORE customers when speaking directly to her. I do not plan on coming back which is extremely disappointing as Zoup has been my favorite for the past 5 years. The male owner is amazing. Super friendly and understanding even if he makes a mistake. Explains things well. Zoup: 5 stars. Their employee's attitude and lack of customer service: 0 stars.

        Pretty expensive for the little cups they have not not to mention their greatest chicken noodle soup didn't have hardly anything in it I had maybe 5 bites and the rest was all broth. I won't be coming back to this place.
