William E Rutter We picked Vicki because we wanted a realtor with experience. We had an older home and moved 700 miles away after we met with her, listed with her, and followed her recommendations. She handled EVERYTHING with ability and good cheer - including a septic alarm at 1:00 in the morning(!). Gave great advice all the way through and she found us our ideal buyer who offered more than our listing price. We've dealt with over a dozen realtors across several decades - Vicki's among the best!
