Adam Ellis demonstrated the fact that he wanted my business when i was going to go with another company because their price was lower. He won my business and did a great job with most of the things that I needed done with the exception of my thermostat. He fully installed it but two weeks later when it became very hot at the end of June my A/C would not work. I messaged/called him and he came out the next day to look at it and after an hour or so determined that he had wired it wrong. He rigged it so that I could at least get some relief with the a/c working but it meant having the unit just run constantly by physically connecting some wires when I wanted to turn it off or on. He promised to come back the next day to correct the re-wiring because he was running behind on other things so I thought i was being understanding by agreeing to it. That was Sunday, June 30 and today is Tuesday, July 16th. He has not return my calls or texts messages and when I do call he sends me to voicemail. I even expressed to him that I understood that things sometimes come up that prevent us from keeping our word but I was willing to move past that because he did good work and I still wanted to use him in the future for other things that we discussed. I'm very hopeful that he will see this review and try to make things right. if he does I will update my review to reflect that. If not I will take other measures.

Adam did a fantastic job on our garage and fixed our window shutters. He showed up when expected and went above and beyond in helping us. I would reccomend him to anyone in need of a hanyman.
