New way of ordering team photos is incredibly hard to navigate. 1900 random photos of kids all wearing the same band uniforms and the watermark covers any identifiable feature on the child. I emailed twice after discovering I ordered someone else’s kid and bought a package. No response after a week. I called and left a message. Received a text message saying it’s all computer generated and they never actually see my order so there’s nothing they could do to stop it and “it’s not my fault”. I told them (don’t even know who was texting me) about the watermark and how I thought that was stupid so they said they would no longer be willing to print my child’s photo for me. The new process sends a text link to your phone with 1900 photos in no order. No names or easy way to narrow down which may be your child. Even if you think you found your child, they put the watermark across the face and you can’t be sure. Then you’re stuck with the photos. Terrible process, terrible service, and the pictures aren’t even good. My child said he walked up and they snapped the photo before he could even smile.
