I had a spring fall out of my very old Canon PC420 and it wouldn't pull the paper to copy. I was advised by Canon to contact the Hasselbring Clark company as they felt someone there could help me. I contacted Mr. Kurt (?) and he was so very helpful. He told me to bring my copier in whenever it was convenient for me and he knew it could be repaired. I took it there this morning and I couldn't have picked a better place to get help. The lady at the desk was terrific and help came immediately. A Gentleman carried my personal copier from my truck down to Kurt (One fantastic person) who immediately went to work to replace the little spring that had fallen out. He fashioned a hook and installed it and the spring back into my copier. He also cleaned the roller and other parts and tested it. It worked perfectly and it couldn't have made a happier person out of me. When I ask what the charges were--he stated nothing. Kurt spent a lot of time on my copier and he is greatly appreciated for repairing it. I want him to get the recognition he so deserves. I wish I could do something for him. I'm 80 years old and I really was afraid I would never be able to use my much loved copier again. Thank You Kurt. Also Thank You to the gentleman who carried my copier back to my truck. I appreciated that also. The popcorn offer was very tempting and thanks for that also. What a wonderful Company you have and I will definitely recommend you to everyone.

Todd at Hasselbring-Clark helped our business replace our way outdated system with a new printer, fax, scanner. Todd was extremely patient and knowledgeable I would highly recommend Todd & Hasselbring-Clark.
