They were very rude and the rooms were in bad shape, and TV was not working and the heat wasn't working very well. They were rude about one accident from a puppy. And the housekeeping lady came in before check out and we were half clothed and stood there staring and didn't close door to wait.

Was a very nice experience at 1st but prior to leaving was a nightmare I don't think I'll rent through them ever again
