        They never answer their phones. I’ve been trying to call for 3 weeks to reschedule my appointment times and they never answered out of the hundreds of times I called. I now have to pay $150 in cancellation fees because I was unable to make my appointment and was told after blowing up their phone this morning (they answered the 4th time) that they would have to talk to my counselor about moving forward because “they have a waiting list and I haven’t showed up,” knowing I’ve called and left messages multiple times to try and get my times changed but no one EVER called me back.

        Loved my experience here. Saw one of their therapists for a year and a half before I moved from Lansing. Not only did I have a great relationship with my therapist, the office there was able to work with me when visits weren't covered by my insurance.
