RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT WITH PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN!
If I cant make an appointment, why on earth would I use your services???

I would like to be able to provide a better rating but if I cant get through to schedule an appointment ie: multiple 1 hour waiting times on the phone.. . Then I can't provide a rating. The phone/scheduling service is beyond awful.

I had a procedure there 7 days before i had to go into the hospital for another procedure. Let them know the three people that needed copies sent to them. They were not sent and one of the doctors was trying to set up the same procedure because nothing was sent.
