Unreal, what year are we in? No way to pay online and phone hours are 10am-2pm? I work full time so when am I supposed to call to pay a bill. Come on, get into the current century and get an online payment system.

East Lansing Ambulance uses this center for payments. They do not have online payments and hours that are difficult to be able to reach someone if you personally have a job and can't call during the day. I set up a payment plan and was threatened that if I missed one payment, it would be sent to collections. Their line doesn't accept messages. They have been closed as of late due to Covid and payment that was sent through the mail (because the office is closed) hasn't been cashed yet, even thought it's been weeks. Certainly hope that I am not penalized in the future for their inability to service the clients that have to post payment to them. Very frustrating to work with.

Apparently MMS-MI doesn't know how coordinated benefits work. I wonder how many people pay more than they owe because they don't watch their Explanation of Benefits statements. Very condescending on the phone as well.
