Larry and his crew are honest, responsive, and were looking out for us - not looking to make the biggest profit off of us. We called him out last winter when our furnace stopped working, his crew attempted an economical fix first to see if that would do and returned quickly when it was determined that the best thing to do for our money was to replace it. He got us set up with a really nice unit that he can get parts for in the future and didnt oversize us. It works great and we finally have a working humidifier now too. Its been working great and I recommend All Star to anyone I know who needs a good HVAC person with great people. I trust Larry and his crew 100% with all things HVAC in our home. We had an outdated heater and AC unit that we needed to replace a few years ago and he was so great about telling us the details of what we neededand what we didnt need. His team are true artists and the new system looks incredible (we added a hot water heater as well)! We have them come out each season to inspect everything and make sure its running efficiently, and everyone who has come has been amazing. All this is almost secondary thoughI initially went with Larry because of his strong stances on racial justice and we are always looking to support businesses that do The Work as well as do the work. I had a great experience with Chris at All Star Mechanical tonight. My furnace suddenly stopped working tonight -- a Saturday night. I called the mechanic company we used before and left a message for an emergency. Nobody returned my call at all. I started with a text message to Larrys number and luckily got a response within around 5 minutes even though he is on vacation and asked me to call the number, which is forwarded to his team member Chris, who picked up the phone call around 8pm on a Saturday night. We are so lucky that he is willing to come to check right away. Chris is so professional and patient. He found the problem --- the blower is broken. If to replace a new blower, it needs to be ordered and wait. He is so smart and considerate He replaced the blower motor. It worked !!! He cleaned up two things, which prevent future possible issues. Thank you, Chris, for fixing our furnace so that our family doesn't need to suffer from a cold night and weekend. We will definitely switch to All Star Mechanical from now on.
